Their tortilla chips are the greatest of all time. We have had them on repeat for many years in our household. Get the big bag to take home for the pantry.
While the chicken is real good, a mild/non-spicey version would be a welcomed addition to the menu.
TLDR: Decent Tex Mex every time with absolutely addictive chips and salsa! I don’t know that I’ve ever actually been inside Adobe- I’ve always gotten take out , but it’s always good and always the same quality (that’s a good thing.) I grabbed a bean and cheese wet burrito for myself, and a chicken enchilada meal for my friend. I also ordered a chips and guacamole (see photo - with hand for scale- to see the size of the bag of chips that comes with the guacamole- it’s a small bag, so keep in mind if you are ordering chips and salsa) and an order of salsa- I didn’t end up really needing it since our meal orders came with 4 mini cups of salsa that we didn’t use for our meals, but I saved the big salsa to continue eating with more chippies at home . My friend got a red cream soda and I got an unsweetened iced tea. We were both happy with our meals, and I was pleased with the wait time to get our food- it wasn’t long. I can’t say anything about the atmosphere, because I took the food to go, but I’m sure it’s fine .
My all meat wet burrito was good. I had extra meat sauce on it, nice flavor ( heads up, this is not red sauce, it's a meat gravy sauce), which I found a little different. However, I enjoyed it. I also ordered tomatoes and onion on the side. I will be back for another one. I went thru the drive thru and not bad of wait time, the young lady that gave me my food was very polite, professional, and all smiles than thanked me for stopping in

I've stopped there after today which is Wednesday I asked for a chicken burrito deluxe. But I asked for something extra I want to split it with my beautiful wife that young lady your cashier she was so awesome so beautiful. It was around about 3:10 p.m. your cashier I asked could you cut it in half for me and my beautiful wife she said no problem wow such a beautiful young lady you guys awesome you're Rock.
I go here all the time so I'm totally biased! Love the food and the service at this location has always been consistently better than their Fulton location. My one and only complaint is the inconsistency in how the food is prepared. Some days the meat is super spicy and other days it tastes bland. But I always come back so it's never terrible.
Decided to get some Adobe for dinner. I got the usual 2 soft shell tacos, but I also got the sdeluxe chips and cheese. Those things were so good they didn’t taste like the normal vacummed sealed jalapenos. But they were good I wish I had ate in like I was planning but decided to do takeout. Oh well next time
